
Here are some regulations before you take up practising yogasanas.
1.Asanas should be practiced in a clean, well ventilated rooom having an even floor.
2.Practice on an empty stomach,ideally in the morning, or at least thee hours after meals.
3.Adhere to the same set of asanas, Add to them but not substitute or delete from the recommended set.
Regularity is the key to perfection. Remember that all actions in an asanas have to be conducted in a relaxed manner.
